We love cold brew and smoothies so much, we’re giving you two to choose from!  One comes from Lavinia, one comes from Erin. Try them both then make your own combo!  A killer way to get energy and recovery all in one shot.

Cold Brew Smoothie #1: Lavi!

  • 8 oz cold brew
  • 1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 dates
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower*
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Cinnamon

*Not a typo…really cauliflower!  I steam my caulk then freeze for a cold and creamy smoothie!

Cold Brew Smoothie #2: BigE!

  • 1.5 cups of cold brew (I have been using Station Cold Brew’s concentrate per bottle instructions)
  • 1 scoop plain hemp protein
  • handful of mixed greens (swiss chard, mixed leaves)
  • 1 date
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao or cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • Large spoon almond butter
