That should be your Revkor™ Shred mantra.  Eating clean is not complicated, and you don’t need to put together elaborate meal plans to stay on track.  This super-simple post-workout meal is perfect for the whole family.

Make it happen:

In a sautee pan, add a tbsp of coconut oil over medium heat and sauté three sliced shallots and one clove of garlic.  Add a 1/2 cup of red wine, juice of half an orange and 1 tbsp of real maple syrup.  Reduce.

Place 4 chicken breasts in a roasting pan and cover with the mixture.  Cover with foil and bake at 350…remove foil for last 10 minutes.  Serve when juices run clear with a side salad - we used fresh greens with shredded beets and carrots, cucumber and green onions.  Our simple go-to vinaigrette: equal parts EVOO, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
