The people who inspire and motivate us the most always have one thing in common: perseverance.  Why  do we have this misconception that some people get all the luck?  That some people’s roads are smoother and flow more easier because they were gifted with the talent good fortune to reach the loftiest of goals? Any accomplished artist will say - they do not roll out of bed every morning and paint a masterpiece.  They try and fail a zillion times before finding their flow.  Writers struggle for days, months, sometimes years, throwing away endless drafts before finally finding the voice of a story.  Think of elite athletes - how many time do they fall, lose, bleed before becoming a champion? What elevates people to extraordinary is resilience and focus.  We have to believe in our goals, see ourselves reaching them, and stop at nothing to get where we believe we deserve to go. Our Rebellion goals are no different. What motivates you to push through your challenge?  Most of us start with a focus on inches or pounds, or maybe the desire to fit into a goal outfit.  But doesn’t something else completely take over? Whether you’re shredding with revNATION or not, you can never go wrong with a choco/pb treat that is 100% clean! This Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding can also double as ganache in any vegan/clean baking invention you tackle in your kitchen, it’s smooth, rich and curbs even the meanest chocolate craving.  Bonus: you don’t have to be a whiz in the kitchen.  We’re pretty sure your even cat could nail this recipe. Make it happen: In your blender: 1 banana 2 avocados 3/4 cup raw cacao powder 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (unsweetened, smooth or crunchy) 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/4 coconut milk (more if needed) 1 tablespoon vanilla sea salt to taste Zip around in your blender.  Use a spatula to pour into small bowls or ramekins and refrigerate for 2+ hours. There’s a decent amount of natural sugar in this baby so enjoy as a well deserved treat! Happy Shredding...

Have you ever met someone who makes you happy just by existing?  Meet the next winner from our Revkor™ Summer Shred!  Our very own Madeline is a grad from our January 2015 Certification program.  A natural teacher and motivator, this little spitfire kind of blows us away with her awesomeness. We chose Madeline as one of three RevLIFE winners not only because of her incredible Shred commitment, but also because of the rocking example she is to people in their early twenties.  Her commitment to living healthy and inspiring others to do the same is just one of many ways this being is a natural leader and inspiration. While Maddy was already in killer shape when the challenge started, you can’t deny how strong she looks now!  Congrats Madeline!  You are such an important part of revNATION and our London Market Studio! “My clean eating journey started with certification at the end of January. If I was promoting clean eating to our members I better practice what I preach. I wasn’t ignorant I was just lazy. For the shred I kicked it up tenfold; I wanted to challenge myself and really see what my body could do. It was hard to get into classes  because everyone was going hard core for this shred, so my results were going to be dependant on how I ate. From the beginning I knew this would be the hardest part for me. Clean eating is a big mental challenge. I became the household grocery shopper; I ate consistently throughout the day and I rarely left the house without multiple healthy snacks. This lifestyle is truly all about balance, I pressed the Revkor Reset a couple of times and still ended up with results I am super proud of.
