Welcome to the 2015 Revkor Holiday Shred! You are in good company, revNATION is growing stronger every day!  We have people participating in this challenge coast to coast.  You are not alone…the whole idea is to do this TOGETHER and crush our goals, one day at a time!   Here’s a reminder of how it works: revNATION BLOG: Stay tuned to the revNATION blog for posts all week long!  You’ll find recipes, workout tips, motivation and more. SOCIAL MEDIA:  You’ll want to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to get up-to-the-minute challenge news, videos, meal ideas and community posts!  Our team posts non-stop to keep you full of ideas and inspiration, and answer your questions online too!  Post your own recipes, tips and encourage your other Revvers using the hashtag #revkorshred! WORK OUT: We recommend getting to at least 3 revMIX-style classes weekly if you body-changing results are what you’re looking for.  Whichever classes you choose, you’ll be building lean muscle, losing fat, and getting stronger and more agile than ever.  Revkor is one of the most effective workouts there is!  Get to as many classes as you can…you’ll be well-fueled by GOOD FOOD, so you can give 100% when you show up for class. EAT CLEAN: Do your best to eat clean as often as possible!  Can you “cheat”?  YES!  There are no Shred Police! (yet, lol). The less you indulge in “unclean” foods the better your results will be, plain and simple.  It’s all in your hands. LIVE FULLY: Life is busy and full of demands. The goal of this challenge is to get us feeling better than ever, not stressed, guilty, or over-extended....

Live Unapologetically. If Thanksgiving is supposed to be a celebration of all we’re grateful for, why do we beat ourselves up for enjoying every minute of it? By now your Facebook feed is probably full of posts about food-regret and ways to jog off that turkey and stuffing. As most of you know, our Revkor Manifesto is: Work out. Eat clean. Live fully.  It’s not Work out. Eat Clean. Feel like crap about enjoying your life. We’re all about the Revkor Reset.   Revvers live life to the fullest…we work hard at the bands so that we can enjoy a balanced life.  We hit our workouts with positivity.  We put good effort into eating clean as best we can.  And we also embrace balance by including the other things we love into our lives! How blessed are we to have family and friends to enjoy big delicious meals with? How lucky to share fabulous evenings over good wine and conversation!  We’ve found a workout that gives us a strong, conditioned body and one of the main benefits of that is knowing that you can indulge from time-to-time because your body has become a lean and healthy magic machine!  It bounces back instantly, no matter how hard you went to town on Aunt Janet’s pumpkin pie.  Let’s say good bye to food/fun guilt…it’s pointless!   Let’s just keep moving forward, each and every day. Meet Karen, our final winner of the Revkor™ Summer Shred! Karen found Revkor™ at Moksha Yoga Cambridge and never looked back.  Probably the happiest MIXer we’ve ever seen, Karen beams during lunge-punches and Heismans – she loves her workout and you can see it! Strong since the day we met her, Karen wins for her super-awesome Shred results and the unstoppable positive energy she brings with her to class every single day.  Congrats Karen!  Here, she shares her LOVE/hate intro to revMIX and reminds all of us why we should push through and Rev it Up! How do I get across how much I LOVE my Revkor workouts?  A couple of words quickly come to mind….mind blowing awesomeness!  RevMIX classes are like nothing in fitness I have ever experienced.  I admit, it started as a love/hate relationship!  I continuously questioned “why in the %$&!” am I doing this to myself?!!!” Then the workout is over and you experience that euphoric “YES” I can do anything! That is how revMIX started for me.  7 weeks later I find myself setting personal goals in many of the sequences .  It has evolved from a mindset of just getting thru the workout to “c’mon Karen you can push yourself harder and do more reps or go faster” – you get the point!!  The instructors are super pumped and motivating and that certainly helps my workout to get “revved” up, the sweat pouring and heart rate going!!  I love it!! Good morning revNATION!  Welcome to your first day of the Revkor™ Shred!  Whether you’re joining us from one of our Revkor™ locations or doing the challenge on your own - know you are NOT alone!  You’re doing this with US -  the entire Revkor™ community.  So far we have about 200 Revvers on board with this Shred, so if you’re feeling like you need support it’s just a click away!  Post on social media using the hashtag #revkorshred to share your progress, tips, ideas and general Shred awesomeness along the way. Here’s how it works! For 7 weeks until May 29th: Work out. We recommend getting to at least 3 revMIX-style classes weekly if you really want to SHRED, building lean muscle and losing fat.  The reality is that life is busy, and we simply have to do our best!  Get to as many Revkor™ classes as you can - other workouts count too!  Keep the pace high and stay consistent.  You’ll be well-fueled by GOOD FOOD, so you can give 100% when you show up for class. * Eat clean.
