We love cold brew and smoothies so much, we’re giving you two to choose from! One comes from Lavinia, one comes from Erin. Try them both then make your own combo! A killer way to get energy and recovery all in one shot.
Cold Brew Smoothie #1: Lavi!
- 8 oz cold brew
- 1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower*
- ¼ cup almond milk
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Cinnamon
- BLEND AND CRUSH!
*Not a typo…really cauliflower! I steam my caulk then freeze for a cold and creamy smoothie!
Cold Brew Smoothie #2: BigE!
- 1.5 cups of cold brew (I have been using Station Cold Brew’s concentrate per bottle instructions)
- 1 scoop plain hemp protein
- handful of mixed greens (swiss chard, mixed leaves)
- 1 date
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp raw cacao or cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
- Large spoon almond butter
- BLEND AND BAND-SLAY!
